Default GAMBLER Reports>>>>

July 9th, 2013

Fluke fishing has been off and on these last few days. I think the bottom is still cold and the fish are lethargic. We are still catching some big ling on our fluke drifts, which indicates that the bottom water is cool. We are catching some shorts fluke, keeper fluke and the sea bass and ling help to put a catch in the coolers most trips.

On the Nite Wreckin' trips, we have been catching mostly big ling, up to 3.5 lbs. Not too many squid seen as yet.

There is a rumor that blues are beginning to move in from the east, so maybe we will catch them this Friday and Saturday on our night trips.
