Finally got that Hybrid

Went out Fri evening on SR for Hybrid for the first time this year. I tried about a dozen times last year with only a few shorts to show for the effort. But fri it all paid off with a 24 inch football. Got him just before dark on a herring under a slip bobber about 10 feet down, I'm not up to that late am fishing that I hear pays off better. It was a battle on 6lb test and a trout rod but I got the job done with the help of my fishen bud Tom, I did threaten to throw his pole over if he didn't cut his line when we got tangled, which he did and also a fine job of netting it. Thanks Tom.
