Millstone River access???????

I just got done reading this weeks "the fisherman" and read the article on white suckers. Actually I would like to do some sucker fishing before trout opens back up. It said they are bulldogs on an ultralight.

It said that the millstone river is good place to start.

I guess my question is are there any good shore line fishing access I can fish? I've never been to the millstone before so any help would be great.

I know this sounds crazy but any of you that know me knows that this is just the thing I look for. I like to fish for odd species.
