Default lack of reports

Hey guys it's my first time postingon this what's up website I want to thank everybody for the real reports good or bad I'm writing today because it's yours doesn't bother me but it kind of does that when fishing is good you have the same Charter boats always saying limited trip great day but since the last two storms they haven't gave one report I find it hard to believe that they haven't gone fishing at 3 weeks people should report good or bad all the time as fishermen we know if you go on a charter there are bad days it is okay to say if fishing sucks it helps other people out I'm curious that what you guys have to say

And yet people are asking for a longer season on the tail end I’d rather have a longer season in the beginning of the year more fish around. Just my opinion.

Yeah its tough in this state. We didnt have fluke for May and June Ocean side from PP north so basically the early season lost 6 weeks. Yesterday we caught 21 Keepers out of MI so personally I like having the longer season on the tail end.

Your first post and you're already calling people out for not reporting the bad days.... Really???

I take offense to that and beg to differ..... While there might be some that post occasionally, there are plenty of charter and party boat sponsors that post on this site practically every day if they sail and post the good and bad. Look over the posts and you'll see. If you don't see their reports, chances are they didn't sail and we have had a recent spell of crappy conditions.

If you're looking for help and reports there's plenty of it here but I'd suggest you earn your credibility first by contributing to this community rather then make general accusations on your first post.

Mako171- 1. Try some punctuation on your second post.
2. Yesterday's keepers, on the Parker Pete Express.

Mako, I agree with Gerry. I haven't been out that much this year but I post when I fish. Not seeing reports isn't always a bad thing. When fishing is good a lot of Captains are busy running turn arounds/setting up for the next trip. They can't always post right away. You might want to monitor Facebook.

Okay you guys that don't agree about on here i dont want to start trouble but that's the last thing I want to do when you come home from fishing and your friends ask you how'd you make out and it sucks do you tell him it sucks or you don't even answer them or you don't even call them for a week or two until the next good trip it's kind of sad that people that don't have boats read these reports and get suckered into coming down I own a boat for 21 yrs now if seen how fishing has dropped drastically

No such thing as getting "suckered" into fishing. Everyday is different you go when you can. Not always about catching. ALL the sponsor boats on here have a business to run which is not easy. Imagine trying to please customers everyday when you have weather, wind against tide, water temp and water clarity issues. I honestly dont know how they put that smiley face on everyday.
After your bust your ass the day before and the very next day you have a whole new group of anglers expecting this to be their day. I give them ALL credit regardless of their reports.
