Went ultralight carping in flooded, 79 degree Robert G Martin Lake this evening on a hot, sunny day with a strong south wind. Air temp was 88 degrees. Saw a snapping turtle 🐢 west of my spot soon after I arrived. Threw out a can of corn 🌽 for chum, then caught and released 8 brown bullheads and a 21 lb snapping turtle 🐢 with ShopRite extra crunchy canned whole kernel corn and 4 lb test line. Saw Canada geese, mallards, double crested cormorants, great blue heron, crows and a belted kingfisher. Took pics.
