Fall Troutin'

Did the trout thing on the South Branch, Lopat, and Pequest. Enjoyed beautiful scenery and some fish too. 1/16 - 1/8 oz., natural color rooster tail/panther martin got the love. No love on jigs or plugs these outings.

Finally, a fishing report that includes which bodies of water were fished and which baits were used. Nice job, Jim. That Lopatcong sure is small water. I took a look at the Pohatcong not long ago and even though it had rained hard just a few days prior, I didn't even bother to fish it because the water depth was so low.

Small water for sure but there are deep spots scattered about.

Great Trouts man! Plenty to go around and I think it gets even better in December when all leaves are finally down and gone. Great pics!!!
