Default Ramapo River

Hit up the Ramapo early this morning with a friend. Very good stocker bite today. My friend was killing it with a Phoebe I was using a CD plug and just picking through alot of short strikes and bumps. It was good to see a couple of 14 to 16 inch trout in the mix ,more than I've seen in years past. My friend kept a couple for the grill.

Ram o puff as in “cough”. No fish for me Saturday afternoon and the water looked yucky. Some bugs coming off I saw one guy with a fly rod but that’s it!
