Default A very low Spruce Run...

Reservoir is still down about 15 feet from normal levels. I would imagine ice fishing would be very easy this year since the fish will be concentrated in what water is left.

You'd be surprised. Fish get very stressed and finicky in situations like that. I've thought the same thing in similar situations and never had much success.

spruce is deep and has alot of water even when its super low, doesnt make it any easier to find the fish just makes the shoreline a deeper drop angle than usual if ur there chasing the usual gamefish. If you are after the striped ones look to the deepest water and be very patient
