Default 1st trout in 35 years

The title says it all. Just a stocker, but it was great to get out and very tasty. I followed the governor's rules and stayed close to home at a local lake.

I seasoned it with a little salt, pepper and old bay, then fried in butter and olive oil and garlic, then squeezed some lemon juice when it was done. It was very good if I do say so myself.
