Default Ofshore Sea Bass Cod Tilefish

7' E glass rods for Offshore Sea Bass. $155

7'6" " " " $185

8' " ' " $195

Used by party boat deckhands for years, and years and years.

Killer sticks, no other rods, anywhere are as durable, second to none in performance.

MADE IN THE U.S.A.

I have an 8' and the 7'. I prefer the 8' for jigging.

I would recommend 7'6" to 8' for party boat, and 7' to 7'6" for charter or private. Kevin builds great rods!

PA beer guy, I think the 7' would be fine, but as the others say the longer rod will give the jig a greater sweep range. The most important feature is "Medium Taper" and the "slow load" of eglass. You will lose less fish.
