Default Ling Recipe

Got this from my buddy Sven and it's a winner....

Take a piece of tin foil long enough to fit your ling fillets on with some extra room to fold up the sides.

Get some soft butter and generously coat the foil with the butter

Place ling on the foil where the butter is...

Chop up some onions and green bell peppers on the fine/smaller side

Sprinkle to the onions and peppers on them

Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Roll the foil edges up so the butter and seasoning cant drip out

Place on hot grill and cook 3 minutes, flip the ling, squeeze some fresh lemon on them and cook for anther 3 minutes. Total of 6 mins cooking time.

If you like Capers add them for the last minute or so.

Enjoy!!
