Making my Mom "Babchi" Eggs Benedict this morning. For any of you out there that might want to give it a shot, it's pretty easy and real tasty. - Sauce is simple - 1 cup Mayo, 1 cup Sour Cream heat up slow and mix in a few tablespoons of Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard to taste, more if you like it spicy. - Brown some slices of Canadian Bacon - Toast some English muffins - Poach some eggs 1/2 English Muffin then a slice of the Canadian Bacon, the poached egg on top and smother it in the sauce. Joey Dah Fish on his way over so I'll be sure and make lots. It's the one things he likes more then fishing
