Raritan Rainbow
Had the day off figured id target some trout, dropped 2 decent fish and landed 1. Feet were frozen from the water and trout fishings isn't really my thing but was well worth it getting out and about.

Re: Raritan Rainbow
Nice catch ! I've caught a few that last few times out , they were in the main stretch a little further downstream than I thought they would be . But few and far between !

Re: Raritan Rainbow
Nice, looks like a thick fish ! I've been watching the USGS gauges from down here, seems like the rain never stops. Dan if you get some good trout photos I would love to see them , it helps to promote further clean ups on the BIG water !

Re: Raritan Rainbow
This particular fish was caught just south of the confluence of Raritan River N. Br.
and S. Br. , but I caught a few further downstream in the Manville area . Last edited by DanH; 02-14-2020 at 11:44 AM.. |
