New Waders
Well I finally ending up picking up a new pair of waders after shredding my old ones.
If anyone else is looking for new waders I found a great deal. I ended up picking up a pair of Frogg Toggs Pilot II waders. I read some good reviews on them and found an amazing deal on them at Sierra Trading Post (online). Frogg Toggs website has them listed for $229, Amazon has them listed for $145, Sierra Trading Post had them for $79.00 on CLEARANCE!!! Deal was just too good to pass up! The waders seem to be high quality, only time will tell how they hold up. I did try to shop local but the fly shop near my office only had the Simms G4 Pro in stock in my size and they wanted $699.95. I've got 2 kids in college, I can't afford those! |

Re: New Waders
Sweet deal man! Let us know how they are. I have a pair of field and stream waders and love them, but I've only had them since Christmas and they haven't seen a ton of use yet.
Are the ones you bought insulated? My only worry about my pair is that I'll overheat in them during a warm day. |

Re: New Waders
Tommy carries Frogg Toggs over at the Sporting Life in Whitehouse also.
Good luck with the new set. |

Re: New Waders
I have only one pair of waders: Frog Toggs neoprenes. They're great.
Wear them fall / winter / early spring. Late spring / summer I wear shorts & wading boots. |
