I guess I missed out when the hats were handed out, no biggie. I've got plenty of hats and came home with a six pack of the Dirt Wolf left from the 2 cases I brought.
Wished I could have gotten at least a keeper but it was not meant to be. Fished next to HD Marc and Yong from Jigging World all day and we all struggled to get the tog to bite. Marc did get 1 keeper and lost a few on the way up. Guess if these guys struggled like me then maybe it was the spot on the boat? Gotta learn that skating thing, just not in my blood.
Going to practice my skating and be back next year. Thinking Growlers instead of cases!!
Thanks for coming Dan... Glad work did not get in the way this year, good seeing you and thanks again for the beer.

A tip on the art of skating with dignity.... You see a bite going on and its next to someone you know.... You walk up, ask the guy something like how was your thanksgiving. As he is telling you, you casually plop your 10 ounce sinker down next to him.... If you are Shrimpman Steve, you add in " I really don't care how your Thanksgiving was"

Another great outing with my fishing family.... Hard to say these trips are ever a bad time when your surrounded with so many great individuals who all enjoy life and fishing as we should. Great job Ger and company for organizing and see u clowns at the Xmas party. Although my lil 4.4#er gets me to round 2 I'll be in S. America for work so I'll have to relinquish my spot to an alternative. Catch em up next week boys, MVP make us good looking dressers with the nice tackle proud.....

Fished hard the day before so I'll admitt I was a bit grumpy and more then a little sore. With that said, great group of guys great boat and crew and a really great trip in labs memory.

I apologize to lefty about the ring ding incident

Thanks to jmurr and sport for trying to cheer me up all day. Tons of love from those two

Joey, as always, thanks for the hospitality

And it was VERY nice seeing a lot of old friends and some new.

Gerry, what's to say, great job (you really own a fishing website?)
And Alex, a classier guy would be hard to find.

As for the fishing, I obviously suck! The only good news is I would have been out next week anyway as my son is getting his eagle project done. Good luck to all of those who advanced!
