I spy a bit of a cold spell sometime around the New Year!!! Let's start doing those ice dances ya buncha MANIACS! Maybe, just maybe we can get this contest going this year. Like I said, if we get a week the contest is on. If we get a month that would be better.

Who's IN? Who's IN? The ICE is coming wether you like it or not. C'mon guys, don't be bashful and join the contest! What's the worse that could happen? I know, I know, winning cash for a big LM or 14 inch Perch is horrible. I need more people involved in this contest. I won't do it with at least 20 participants. So if the winter bores you and you want to try something new get IN on the action.

It's a typical year in NJ with the weather, not sure where some of you have been. These weather patterns happen often in the Great Garden State. The last 2 years we were blessed with more ice than we've ever experienced. It's been a warm fall but if you stay positive and start doing that "ICE DANCE", our ICE will come. 6-8 inches on ponds and small impoundments would be fine for me. Let's see what happens!?!?

Where are the entries from last year that want revenge? Where are the guys from last year that have a chip on there shoulder? We'll get our ICE and you will have your shot to win 1 of the categories. It's not easy staying out there all day everyday in the frigid temps. But, you have to put your time in if you want that $$$$$$$$..............

I can see it now,walking out to the pioint in the dark and setting up the tip-ups.get them all in and cut my first jigging hole.i drop down my shiner colored chubby darter and on the 3rd jig"bam".after a few short runs and some great head shakes I pull a 9lb walleye thru the hole.come on ice!!!!!
