Holy Crap!! What a finish to last nights game!! Went from boring first 2 periods to excitement in 3rd..... but once again the Rangers made a last place team look like a contender.... and still missing chances of putting the puck in the net.... Raanta brought his A game and we get the 2 pts, but the Rangers need to step up Defensive Puck Possession because next few games are critical

turned it off about 1/2 way thru the second,they just looked dead.woke up and saw the recap and was glad they won.they have to pick there game up even if it means taking more chances with the puck.they have great goal tending and a good defense they need to score.they have to play that fast game they are capable of.

So right BD.... this is the team now that has to go all the way... no more trades.... and unless EVERYONE on the team Steps UP their game, they aren't going far... once again last night the defense can't control the puck at the end and by some stroke of luck, Raanta was able to block 2 point blank shots before the 3rd one goes in, but didn't beat the clock.... this has been a Ranger problem all season. And they definitely need to start taking more chances shooting and stop playing keep away until they turn the puck over .... it sounds easy but the coaches must be saying something different because they KEEP DOING IT GAME AFTER GAME!! I'm hoping Eric Staal will get comfortable with his linemates quickly and get's his game going...

After playing Pitt and Wash this week, we'll get a good idea how they're going to do. And I'm wondering if Nash is even coming back , ...not a peep about him.

Anyway, LET'S GO RANGERS!!!

I'm at work some pretty crazy hours so I live off Center Ice. Get to see a ton of West Coast hockey in the overnight hours.

Trade deadline was EH. Nothing earth shattering. Still sticking to a Caps/Kings Cup prediction.

Man I dont know, if Holtby just plays decent I think they roll thru the East. Of course any team can get hot, but I dont see it.......ESPECIALLY the B-shirts...let it go fellas.....

Granted I def don't have the confidence level I had the last 2 seasons with the Rangers.... but if a few guys get hot finding the back of the net, along with the adrenaline rush the players get going into playoffs.... well.... you just never know what can happen.... crazy things have happened before!!

The next 2 nights will certainly give us an idea........

UGHHH!!! After last night, my confidence level has fallen tremendously!! Rangers were a bunch of frustrated guys and looked like a bunch of chickens running around without their heads.... AV's Defense first strategy is backfiring because all they practice is Defense and now that's not working and they have Zero Offense as a backup..... and after that total team breakdown in 2nd period I couldn't watch any longer....

If they lose to the Caps tonight... they won't be going far in Post Season for sure...

I don't know what was worse??that game or the debate.as a team they are
not working.sure there are a few players that are doing there job but overall they get a "d" on team play.to have the other team score 3 goals in 3 minutes
is telling me we are not playing smart hockey.i keep saying to myself that they will wake up and play but its always 2 steps forward 3 steps back.
