Followed your steamed sea bass video for tonight's dinner. So good!!! Is it me? Or does anyone else think that these fish are delicious, yet very high maintenance. I mean between the effort it takes to catch, ice, clean, scale and cook... then finally eat and have to pick away at all the bones. What a pita... but still worth it to have some of the freshest and finest food from ocean to table. Thanks for the lure info. Can you also tell me what conventional reel you prefer with this type of fishing? Thanks again.
