The worst thing is that with our ****ed up criminal justice system they will offer him a plea bargain that is not fair by any means. Instead of getting 30 years to life they will give him 15-20 years. And his public defender since we all know he doesnt have the money for a real lawyer, will take the offer. And he gets off with the lesser sentence.
First degree crimes The court can impose a basic prison sentence between 10 and 20 years or between 20, 25 or 30 years and life for certain crimes, such as murder. The court can also fine the person convicted of a first degree crime up to $200,000. All they want is money, it really is disgusting.

a WTF UPATE....
geez..... well first day...judge throws a couple jurors off the trial in the morning so have to pick some more, then at 1245 the court house is evacuated.... needless to say day one will be Thursday 11-3 at 1pm if they sit a jury My Opinion...its as Mikey turn to **** with people
