Water still kind of warm for steel. They'll always be a few that come in early, but I'd guess that with those water temps and too long a fight, said steel would be toast! lol

Good luck on your trip. I prefer the winter time up there, so I don't start going until November, and then fish through May.

I did hook into 2 cohos but both broke me off. I didn't see any steel head caught but a decent amount of cohos were caught.

I've been fishing Pulaski/Oswego for over 20 years. While I'm a die hard steel fisherman, hitting that Coho bite right can be a blast. They're some brutes!

Slow pickin thursday they killed it lots ho's and mix of steelies and kings on e they dropped the water evreything got ripped out. I ended up landing 1 king and hookin three others and two cohos all wknd thats it

Epic drought conditions this summer. Absolutely horrible up there. No rain to speak of.
