![]() Don't know for a fact but I would think that they mean is the fish you bring in must be legal under NJ regulations.
If a tournament has any geographic restrictions they would clearly be stated in the rules. I've not seen this in any Fluke tournaments but some of the regional offshore tournaments state no more the X miles from a X port.
