so...you're wearing a neck cover yet it wasn't cold last night and the sun wasn't out at night...only thing i can come up with is that your skin is so sensitive that you are prone to moon burning?

Had it treated with repellent to keep skeeters away... Got chewed up good on my hands last nite. Virtually no breeze so the bugs were a-buzzing
