If you plan on dropping traps and leaving them, there is a lot to make sure you do. IE: Sinking line only, Biodegradable add-on so crabs can escape if pot is never pulled. Buoy requirements, license requirement. If they are not labelled correctly, someone will steal them. If they are not the right traps, the state will take them. I'm just trying to help you.
