Question for everyone....I tried to powder paint these tonight and it turned ugly. Wasn't happy with end result on first two I tried. What other options are there as far as paint? Steer me in a simple direction. Thanks in advance!

Ughh im jonsing to get them lol and now i know Matt is coating his makes it worse! Im like a little kid when it comes to fishing stuff!

I'm gonna dip mine in Plasti Dip, the liquid plastic you put on tool handles. I figure it won't chip when hitting the rocks and other garbage at the bottom when jigging. Iv'e fished these jig heads plain with a gulp on the hook and have had success with them too.

You definitely won'd be disappointed, I ordered a bunch in several different sizes and was impressed with the quality of them as soon as I opened the box.

I've just spray painted em or got fancy with the kids nail polish and a clear coat over the top.
The rate they get lost and chipped up going over board just seemed crazy.

Cabellas has a powder coat paint for 7 bucks get a torch leave it on low and give 10 seconds of heat to each side, dip it in jar and hang, cant go wrong and takes a beating also...
