I agree that they ar gr8ly overlooked amongst ur average weekend warrioir....Butif yu read the bass mags enough, the pros are all over big spoons fished deep....In fact , some of them make and or modify there spoons as the ones that are on the mrket tend to be smaller than what they want to use....I remember reading that a few bas pros buy saltwater spoons and add freshwater hooks to them.....They want size, and alot of it.....

Never used spoons much myself, other than trolling fer trout, however i am a huge fan of blade baits.....

Best bass photo ever. Those bass had no idea he was even fishing.

The bass were like, "Hey, is that a fisherman?" And the other bass replied, "Nah, he is wearing pleated pants. He's definitely not fishing. It's safe to eat that big rubber worm bouncing around.".

Ithaca10 also has pleated waders and a fishing vest with a silk tie.

I'm going to wear my tuxedo T-shirt next time out.

Is the Swartswood Bass Battle a black tie event?

I am going to start wearing my suit and tie for fishing with dress shoes. No more jeans/shorts and t-shirts. I need to give bass a false sense of security.
