Fuel flow issues

The cleaning of tune fuel tank worked. I took the boat out for a check ride and ran a total of about 75 miles up and Dow the coast. I believe my problems are behind me. Next stop. Out to the chicken

check your fuel vent , or cap if it cant get air in its like a balloon or bag after sucking the air out it collapes in till you cant get any more air out , which creates a vacumm hold ,
