mark puts together a great trip. Tons of great food. Plenty of room for sleeping. My arms are shot from cranking double header pollack from 400 ft. I was only using a simple high low tube rig and the pollack were all over it.

It was a great trip. We had our limit of cod as well. They were mostly caught on bait but we jigged quite a few as well.

I used Lav jigs and the 6/0 teasers I made. The blue and silver worked best although I caught quite a few cod on the pink ones.

I had a 5ft Porbeagle shark on a couple of times but couldn't get him in.

Great report and a great trip. Would have loved to be on trip as I stalk NJ fishing all the time and know many of the names but have not meet most.
I did make it to the end(c my report), how many cod were caught.

What was the limit for cod? I thought it was closed north of the cape.

We were fishing south of the line. Basically off the cape.
