Plane and simple, Jersey is 90% a put and take fisherie....Very little interest in sustaining a lucrative natural resource....Its just sad...I agree that many fish hold over but the amount of fish stocked in waters that CANNOT hold over fish YEAR round is pathetic at best...An enormous waste of potentially large reproducing fish
