Hi Marty,

Probably these 3 folks were enjoying the texture, not the flavor.
It's just a delicacy of eating the freshest fish.

well i took a chance and used da frozen sea bass and it turned out great. i just hrew da cut up pieces of frozen sea bass into boiling water real quick to make me feel better lol. used 8 limes, 3 lemons, 2 jalapeno's, 2 tomatoes, 1 red onion, and cilantro. kept t in da fridge overnight with stirring ccasionally. put on tostitos wit a lil avocado and it went like hot cakes at my cousins party. thanks for all da help
