With all the rain this summer and now a possible tropical storm this Fluke season has been a wipe out for most. My question is will the powers to be say we over fished again even though a good portion of the Fluke season had bad weather and was unfishable? Why isn't this taken into consideration?

answer is simple... some employees from the NMFS and NOAA have managed to friend Jerry on the Monger and have already started planning on an early closure
