All has to do with traffic flow and because the Parkway and TP cross there they call it the crossroads of NJ with the most cars passing that point daily and easy access It's all a numbers game!!

Bass Pro in AC has a primary emphasis on the salt. Sayreville will likely be a mix I would think.

I go past there just about every day.

They are working on building the new exit on the Parkway now. It looks like they are getting a few building pads ready as well. If they build all that is proposed it's going to be quite the complex with some high end marinas as well.

I have a good friend working on that site now many problems that were unforeseen are happening causing such a massive delay... one being the crazy amount of contaminated soil that they didn't expect and also he got real technical when he tried to explain but pretty much the building pads that they are putting in keep sinking so they are layering them in..
