awesome that you do this. my son and i got involved with the Hackensack river keeper and have done several cleanups with them. my son even set up some cleanup events with his high school and the Hackensack riverkeeper. Amazing how much and types of garbage people throw into the rivers.

Honestly, I just don't understand the mindset in NJ, to throw that much garbage in the rivers... NY state is no great shakes believe me, and we have cities here as well, but never ever do you see that much garbage in the waterways even in urban areas. It was always that way in jersey, even when I was a kid. Tires, bikes, lawn mowers, car rear ends, engine blocks, in the friggin streams... c'mon, NJ, you can do better.... bob
