crappie fish in crappy water!
Headed over the bridge to a south nj lake after work yesterday. Decent bite with 17 sacalait all cookie cutter between 11.5-12.5in all fat fish def not spawned out yet. My biggest issue was the water quality. I am guessing from the area farms & all the rain their was a muck on the surface that smelled like poop! I went looking for nicer water but every log had a b@ssholes tossing 10inch swimbaits at it so back to the poop cove I went. Left smelling like I had worked on the farm all day but the things ya do

Re: crappie fish in crappy water!
Good fish Queen! Why does the water smell? Sulfur? Steamy piles of hot mulch?
