Looks like a good time. Been a few years since I've been up there. Too much salt in the veins these days...

This is certainly one for the record books!

Luke and I started jigging walleye. Got the call from Mikey that it was on. Pulled right into the middle of the flotilla and Luke immediately gets destroyed. The fish is owning him and everyone is yelling at him to stop screwing around and land the fish. After a 5 minute fight into the net went the biggest fish of the day at 26 1/8". It was drop and reel for 3 solid hours. Luke and I landed about 20 fish with 5 over 24" (skillful angler awards) and many just under at 23"+. There were many double headers. Great time busting balls on a picture perfect day.

Not sure which was the better highlight
- Scotty knocking his net overboard while hooked up and trying to grab the net before the tube filled with water.
- DuckOrBleed finding a stowaway on his boat and proceeding to chase it around the boat before it chewed on his wires.
-Mikey dealing with a fish that ate both of his baits. The fish had both hooks in its mouth.

Of course when I got home my wife was jealous and we headed back out on Sunday. We got a later start and had to make a couple of moves to find them. She got her first big one.

Also experienced and amazing sunset and moon rise

Great time as always Saturday. We built the life under the fleet and kept em going all day. Me and Fonz took a ride around the lake in the afternoon and found a spot holding the rest of Hopat's usual suspects. Perfect weather, perfect day!
