Looking for a good Fish Dip recipe
Have tog, bass, sea bass, fluke, and cod. Looking for a good hot dip to make for the holidays similar to a hot crab dip with the melted cheese and served with crackers or toasted bread. Don't have a smoker so that's not an option!
Thanks in Advance !!!!

Re: Looking for a good Fish Dip recipe
if you have a grill, you have a smoker... either buy a smoker box or just put the chips in foil or an aluminum tray... sounds like you already know the recipe, just replace the crab with some smoked fish
