C&R trout in Monmouth cty this weekend?

Maybe a dumb question as I get back into trout fishing but I understand it to be catch and release until April 10th. Does that include the ponds in Monmouth county for this weekend? I think they have been stocked, just thought the mortality was high Re C&R Re stocked trout on bait?

Also, does anyone know if Moulders has stocked yet?

Thanks, looking to take my son this weekend as he can’t go on opening day on the 10th.
