I cruised on the Norwegian Joy, we stopped in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Victoria BC. 7 days, 2 at sea. We had the unlimited alcohol package too

The charter boat was out of the Knudson Cove Marina in Ketchikan. You can book directly through the cruise line, but to save money I'd suggest booking directly with them if you can. I also found out the cruise line takes 50% of the fare, so to keep money locally I'd book directly. Look up First City Charters for more information!
