the Caps just wanted it more.not a Cap fan at all but it was fun watching a
team that wanted to win and worked hard to do it.glad for ov too,he is a great!!

Not the ending I was hoping for but the whole playoff season was really some great hockey ....certainly enjoyed the last couple months... after struggling through one awful season for the Rangers, it was a pleasure getting back to level of hockey we love the sport for.....

And a pleasure to be part of this thread again this year... thank you Duff, BD, et al for all the fun we have here!!!

Looking forward now to see all the trading and draft coming up...

So Ovi won't go down as the Dan Marino of hockey!!!!! He dispelled all the talk about his play and leadership. He was dominant and got what he deserved.......THE CUP and the Con Smythe.

Great end to the season. Not sure the LVK will have the same edge they had this year, but I hope they do. Fun team to watch.

After 13 seasons, I’m very happy to see Alex hoist the Stanley Cup! Like him or not, it’s better than seeing Pittsburgh win again. Did anyone else think that Kuznetsov should have won the playoff MVP?

So I’ve tried to get a charter trip going for two seasons for us hockey fans...Bunker Dunker gets his discount trips on the Voyager, Split Shot busy with his summer BBQ season, Duff die-hard B’s fan refuses to fish next to any Habs fan, Riz is busy selling wine, Chrisper too busy taking fishing pics of himself...sorry guys just ranting and raving as ******* Marc Bergevin still GM of the sorry-ass Montreal Canadiens...so happy for cast offs Devante Smith-Pelly and Lars Eller winning the Cup!

Was on the Ocean Explorer yesterday with my daughter (now 17): we had 14 nice keeper sea bass and a 4-spot flounder. Tight Lines!
