2017 Icefising Contest by Deleware River

Good evening or good day ladies and gents has anyone heard from Deleware River the runner of the 2017 ice fishing contest that was held 6 months ago? Still to this day he owes 2 people cash prize money and ME cash prize money including a gift card. 2 of these are young kids attending college that can use this money that spend money to try to catch the prized fish. Me personally have no respect for this bullshitting red headed dragon n id love to piss n shit down deleware rivers throat for all i care. Someone seems to be hiding and not willing to pay. He must be stealing people's money to go on his own personal fishing trips/charters as i have pictures for proof. Pay the **** up kid or get ****ed up.
