here's the recipe:
in a blender: 1 lime cut in pieces with rind, 5 clove garlic, 4TBsp chili sauce (sambal- found in asian market), S&P, 1/2 cup olive oil. blend till smooth marinate fish for 4 hrs or overnight cook on well seasnoned grill ( can pan fry but the grilling makes the dish) you want the fish just cooked through serve with nice cold beer enjoy! you can change up the amounts< this is my own creation and i always make it off the top of my head depending on how much fish i have, this also works with large fish as well, just cut out the dark meat. |
