2014 regs. Proposed sera regs!

let's set it straight! doom and gloom! 37 years in the business, have fought many fishery related problems. the proposed SERA ruling will be heard the end of feb. my expierence this measure has slim and no chance and slim just left town! any decisions do not go into effect till 2015. definitely be aware but do not back down. for those ho think stellwagen has no fish, change you thinking. fish not on the shoals, look east, 35 fathoms and better. we had a banner year on cod, haddock and Pollock and even halibut. glad to pass along references. change your approach, bait, chumming clam bellies, anchoring and of course jigging. fish are there guys, they don't come too you. sorry for the rant, tired of hearing no fish on stellwagen. best, capt. jim
