Is there something in the air tonight?.......or is it just that it's the middle of winter, and we all just want to get back on the water?.......give it a break........I didn't post this to cause controversy, rather to resolve some small issues that have been arising lately .......lets end all the negativity and scrap the cr@p and enjoy knowing that we all love the same thing...FISHING........I am asking if you(in general, not meant at any one in particular) have nothing to contribute in a positive manner, please do not ruin my post or anyone else's for that matter......don't let this board turn into what I have seen on other boards throughout the years where it turns into a pissing match between certain members and ends up to have nothing to do w/ fishing whatsoever.....you wanna go argue and make put downs, there are plenty of other places on the internet to do so........this spot is not one of them.....Remember, an internet tough guy is exactly that.......

the basic respect for each other comes when someone is good at something. Whether it's cooking, guitar playing, basketball, or whatever....For some guys on here, it's just about getting out there away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the stress we all deal with..and that is awesome.......some guys only post monster fish and nothing else....but remember this ain't the olympics or any competion, there are no prizes......I read every post on this freshwater section and while i may not comment on every one, there is a take home for me on every post in some way.....I would never go on anyone's post and start negative comments, but that's just me.......If my reply doen't apply, let it fly....FISH ON to ALL!!!

Hey Mitch I met you and your buddies about a month ago and you guys seemed as cool as can be. This world is becoming overrun by oversensative people wow. This is not a P.E.T.A. forum people!! I bet everyone of those fish Mitch caught made it just fine. If anyone is that concerned about a fishes well being maybe you shouldnt be putting a metal hook thru its mouth!! But thats ok you will tell the animal lovers because you enjoy that part jeesh. You guys should think about not fishing anymore and join a P.E.T.A rally because fish dying as a result of being caught is a harsh reality of the game. Sure we should do whatever we can to limit that effect but its not like the guy was punting the fish back into the water for ch***t sakes. I hade to sensor that last phrase just in case I offend any sensetive people lol. I think some of you are a little over the top and again thats just my opinion so relax. Some guys like to keep and eat their catch Im generally a catch and release angler, but im not gonna run around and call everyone who doesnt think like me an a-hole thats nuts. We should be focusing on getting on the guys who dont purchase a license or take more than their limit or leave their garbage all over the place. For the most part it doesnt seem like thats a problem with the guys on this forum so thats a good thing. Oh and by the way awsome pics as usual Mitch....
