Reel Class Sunday 11/15 -- Great Day With the Bass!

Had a 2 man charter today (first one in years!!) w/ Rob and Terry.

Got out early as the sun was coming up and found bunker immediately. Took a few minutes to find the pods with the fish and got a few right away. Boat traffic then got NUTS.

Bounced around, found a few more, then ran further and found some fish up on top. Had mixed sized bass on shads, mostly shorts but a couple nice ones to 32" as well as on plugs.

We then ran offshore a bit and found crazy readings and BIGGER fish up on top. We had a few fish swipe at our plugs but couldn't connect. We then put the Maja #4's on and had fish on instantly -- all big fish mostly overs to 44". Great action for awhile.

By 1:15 the guys were exhausted so we started trolling home, but we still picked a couple more nice ones that we released quickly after snapping a few photos.

For the day -- we Slammed em. Got all of our unders and a couple overs -- biggest fish was 32#. Guys only wanted 5 for the freezer. Released the rest (~12 more). Bunker, jigs, plugs, Shads and tony maja bunker spoons. Avet JXs w braid made quick work of a couple monsters on the spoons. GREAT DAY with a great pair of guys!!!
