![]() Got a 14' alumimum boat last year. It has major vibrations which I assume is coming from the 4 stroke engine. I searched online and found a product called vibra stop. Just wondering if that will solve my vibration. If I go slow or fast there is not much vibration.

![]() so, in other words, you have the vibration at speeds between slow and fast? Like most running speeds?

![]() Your vibrations may be the prop. I had 9.9hp , 20hp 2 strokes and 25hp four stroke O/B's and vibration was never a problem on 14'7" Mirrosport aluminum.
How's your prop and lower unit? Do the vibes stop in neutral? Your vibration problem sounds unique to your boat.

![]() you need to check that you are running on ALL cylinders, you would be surprised at a 4 stroke running on 2 of 3 or just 1 cylinder. the other thing which it most likely is, is the lower unit/prop. if its slightly out of balance or tweaked it will vibrate like crazy, rubber bushings and that kind of stuff wont help. The fact that you say going slow or full throttle it stops tends to suggest this, a bad prop hub or prop shaft does exactly that too
