9-3-14 Flat calm,,beautiful again out there today,,,Once again we had nice fluke coming to the net as soon as we started...Biggest fish again were up around 8lbs....Good numbers of fish in the 3-5lb.range....Today I noticed due to the slow drift the guys who were casting around did best and some of them had there limit of fluke but lunchtime...SOme of the bait draggers had a tough day but as a whole the boat did real well...Pink and white or white worked best again...Even had a few double header keepers come up along with loads of fish that would have been a keeper last year..No complaints about today again,,,Crystal clear water,,,,you could see a fish come up 40feet down...Hammerhead sharks swimming around the boat,,,,just a lot of life all around.. Great summer day and I look forward to the bite just getting better...Good spread of fish around...See ya tomorrow ,,it looks great again!!check out just some of the fish from today..

Another great day on the OE, only difference is I actually caught fish!!! Had ny limit by noon and added one to Eddie who was fishing next to me having a rough go of it. Had to have pink in some way shape or form, but tomorrow is another day. Even dropped a couple nice keepers, but dont think they were jumbos. Also HAD to cast around as plenty of fish were there but you needed to move the jigs and cover.bottom. If there was a consistent drift it would have been lights out. been a tough year for me, but now two good trips in a row, hope it keeps on rollin!!
