![]() We had a tough day of fishing yesterday for the fluke-wind against the tide and the porgies-to early in the nite to catch them, I am looking forward to a better nite tonite on our 6;30 trip, we will be fishing for the porgies and croakers and if I can decent worms we will fish the stripers for a few drifts at some point in the nite. Last Wed, we bass fished for 1 hour and had 4 keeps and 10 shorts with pretty horrible bait, why are the worms so small and lack of them to boot? The weather can not get much better for tonite and tomorrow so see you at the boat. For info 908-930-2335.

![]() I would like to say thank you to Captain Dan and his mates for an interesting trip Sunday PM. The fishing was the worse I've experienced this year, so far, due to wind against tide. But it didn't matter. The Captain rode all over to find biting fish. While all the other boats were in the bay we were past Coney Island! I highly recommend the Magic Hours trip. First one I've been on since the whiting left in the seventies. Not packed elbow to elbow like the daytime week-end trips. And you can fish for two species of fish on one outing. Coming in at night past the hook and seeing AH lit up was kool. Just an enjoyable fishing trip overall.
