fished the other boat FF out of point judith/narraganset slow old not as clean as gambler/ mates do bad job of cleaning fish bring a big cooler and clean yourself one boat further north runs a trip afternoon fishing for big fluke stay overnite a a hotel and fish half day the next day

As others have mentioned, the 7B's and FF party boats sail out of Port Judith. In my experiences, the level of service on the PB's up there are a notch or two below most NJ boats.
I have a fluke charter up there on Fri July 26th with two openings if you will be going in that timeframe if you're interested.

Short drive away in New Bedford, MA is the Bounty Hunter. Great bottom fisherman and Capt Eric is a great guy.

When I was in Newport last year, I found a fishery that I never expected. If you go to the bridge in town that goes to the island where there is a hotel & marina, you will see people fishing for squid, day and night. They actually bring quartz lights and generators to illuminate the water and jig up a pail full of squid. Don't get bit. Bring pink/white and blue/wite squid jigs with light gear, and have a ball. If you have the time, then jig the live squids on the right side of the bridge for fluke, and they can be big. If you need more info, send me a PM. and we can talk.............catch ém up, Papa
