navionics chip update ?

i have the navionics platnum plus chip , looking to update it and it says no space on chip , i deleted the waypoints trails, , what else can i do it still say not enough space ?

Have you called navionics? They are very helpfull over the phone.

steve nice name ( im steve too) lol , i sent the chip in they recieved today thursday and already sent my new chip out today. they said they went from 4gb to 8 so they exchanged for me free of charge ! thumbs up to them

got my chip in mail today it is actually 16 gb not 8 like custmer service said sweet deal all for postage of 7 bucks not bad
