Default Jamaica Sea Bass 2/28

I fished on the Jamaica yesterday with my buddy Walter we had a good day of Sea Bass fishing. We both limited out plus but only keeping our limit. We also wound up with 24 real nice Pork chop Porgies. The bite started out very slow I only had 6 fish by noon Walter only had a Porgy. Captain Howard found the fish on the last drop & then it was game on as soon as you hit bottom you were either in or out of bait. The crew worked very hard the mates were there for every tangle. I always had fresh bait without even asking for it. The boat was maxed out with 55 people on board & there was more then enough room for everybody on board. Some people show up at roll call & expect to have a bench waiting for them but people on board made sure there was a place for them anyway. This boat is a very comfortable boat in sporty conditions early in the day. I love the heated handrails a nice plus for winter fishing if you ask me. I can't wait until this seasons opener.

Nice job catching and reporting. Sounds like the mates were on their toes for your trip. I know it must be hard for them to cover that giant boat on a consistent basis.

Good work. Reminds of the overnight Voyager trip I went on.

Thanks for all the great replies this boat is a very good boat that gets too much criticism. It hires good people & keeps American people working & is good for the economy.
