PROWLER5 - 8/31/21 - FLUKE AND SEA BASS REPORT

Hey gang, after not being out the last 3 days due to inclement weather, we were out with a great group of regulars who slugged away at nice quality ocean fluke all day with plenty of shorts in the mix. We had multiple limits on big sea bass, along with a couple fluke limits, caught by Dennis DePalma and Wayne. John won the pool with a beautiful 5.7 lb. ocean fluke. Prowler regular John of Garfield is still leading the MEGA pool with his 11 lb. doormat ocean fluke. The ocean was flat calm with no heave or swell, which was nice. Tomorrow, it is not going to rain until long after we dock in the afternoon and the ocean will be nice, so come on down. Thursday, is for sure a no go with strong NNE winds and heavy rain, and Friday is Canceled, but the holiday weekend looks fabulous. Here are a few pics from today. Thanks. Capt. Scott
